"First time I used this website to find a tradesman. Was a bit apprehensive, but found everything really easy. I was able to select from a variety of offers and decided to go with C Bicknell Electrical Services Ltd as in his message, he gave me an idea of how much the job would come to.
As requested, he rang me at the time I asked and we arranged for him to come round to assess the job. This was done the next day, although I know he was busy with other jobs, he fitted in a quick visit.

"I am doing a complete house renovations and have gone badly wrong in the past with other electricians. I had had issues getting certificates that were promised and the quality of work was extremely poor and even dangerous in places.

I think Chris and his team are the most skilled I have hired to date, and I have been through a lot over the last year! He is incredibly particular to detail. He spent the time going everything thoroughly and spotting problems very quickly and how best to resolve them.

Prior to hiring Chris, electrician number two do my spotlights and they were all over the place. I hadn't actually noticed how bad they were, but Chris spotted this right away and saved me a lot of money as I got to correct this before plastering, painting and decorating and installing my kitchen.

Chris's chasing in was incredibly neat (I didn't know this was even possible as it's normally a complete mess when I've had others do this for me previously). Chris also posses the ability to make things level, something others appear not to be able to do at all. I know it seems like a small thing, but when you are spending a lot on renovations, it will bug you forever (or at least me) that the lights sockets are all different height and not level.

10/10 for Chris. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chris. He's honest, well priced, professional, neat and meticulous. Save yourself a lot of time and money and get it done properly first time".
